• Marketing Services (such as SMM, SMO, Author Website, Press Release, SEO) Refunds for marketing services are not available. These services are billed in advance, and once the strategy is approved, we do not accept refund requests.
• Publishing Services : Given the multiple stages involved in publishing a book—like editing, formatting, and design—publishing services are non-refundable. Refunds are not permitted once the publication process has commenced.

To ensure you are satisfied, we offer free revisions according to the following guidelines:

• Ghostwriting Services : You are entitled to a specific number of free revisions as outlined in your contract. Additional revisions beyond this will be subject to extra charges.
• Other Services : Revision policies for marketing and publishing services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the terms of the service agreement and scope of work.

• Minor Issues or Delays : Refunds will not be provided for delays related to minor errors like typos, grammatical mistakes, word count differences, or reference issues.
• Client-Caused Delays : We do not accept responsibility for delays due to client actions, and no refunds will be given in these cases.
• Low Word Count Complaints : Requests for refunds based only on word count discrepancies will not be accepted.
• Unreported Issues : Refunds will not be considered if the client has not previously communicated concerns about the work.
• Additional Requests : Refunds will not be granted if delays are due to additional requirements or unreasonable demands made by the client post-order.
• Tips Exclusion : Refunds will not be processed for tips given to our team members.

• Pre-Work Cancellation : Clients can cancel and request a refund within one business day of placing their order, provided work has not yet begun. Requests must be emailed.
• Post-Work Cancellation : Refunds after work has started will only be considered if the client has made at least three revisions. A partial refund may be granted in these cases.

• Timeliness Guarantee : We guarantee that work will be delivered on time. If a delay occurs due to unforeseen circumstances and the client has made at least three attempts to contact us, a 50% refund may be issued, contingent on proof that the delay was our responsibility.
• Delays Due to Client Actions : Refunds will not be provided for delays resulting from the client's actions.
• Agreement on Refunds : All refund requests will be resolved through mutual agreement between the client and shareyourlifestory.co.uk.
• Partial Refunds or Discounts : Partial refunds or discounts for future services may be offered as compensation in certain cases.

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback, and we will make necessary revisions or reassign the work to ensure satisfaction. Refund requests will be entertained only if the client has requested a minimum of three revisions in writing and has raised concerns with our support or project management team on three distinct occasions within a two-week span. All communications, progress updates, and delivery-related matters should be conducted through our project management tool, official email, or designated contact numbers.
